Namilyango College is Uganda's oldest secondary school, a prestigious boys-only boarding school located in the Mukono District that was founded in 1902 by the Mill Hill Fathers. It is known for its strong academic performance, dominance in sports like rugby, and numerous distinguished alumni. 

  • History: Founded in 1902, it was the first boys' boarding school in Uganda and was originally intended to educate the sons of chiefs. It was established by the Catholic Mill Hill Fathers.
  • Academics: The college is recognized for its excellence in academics and was a pioneer in information technology in Ugandan schools, establishing one of the first computer labs. It offers science combinations including LEG (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) and PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology).
